About Us

 

We are a Christian, mother and daughter team, working out of our home, providing grooming services in a calm and caring environment, for the Charlotte pet community.

 

Unlike the corporate store grooming facilities in and around the Charlotte area, we have designed and created a special in-home salon that provides a calm and peaceful environment for each of our client pets.

 

We have a different approach to ensure quality grooming services for our clients and their pets.

 

  • One pet (owner) at a time

We do not groom pets from different families at the same time. Each appointment is set for 1 pet and 1 pet only. This allows each of our clients to receive special, individualized care without noises, distractions, and stressors of other unknown dogs in the salon.

 

  • Snout to Tail Assessment

All grooming appointments start with a Snout to Tail Assessment.  We start at the snout and work our way back to the tip of the tail, noting anything out of the ordinary: watery eyes, sensitive ears, unusual growths on the body, etc.  

 

  • A La Carte?  NOT!

Unlike other grooming salons, we do not charge extra for special shampoos or conditioners, nail grinding, cologne, bandanas, etc.  We use the best high-quality shampoo and conditioner based on your pet's personal needs.  Nail Grinding is Never Extra and Accessories are always FREE.

 

  • Loyalty Points
  • We are honored that you chose us for your Pet Grooming needs. As a show of appreciation, our customers receive Pristine Pet Loyalty Points.  Points range from 1 to 6 points for each service and accumulate in your account; it's like a Savings Account!  Each point is worth $1 and can be used at anytime toward a grooming service of your choice.  Points Never Expire!

     

    Example:  Sarah has accumulated 17 points.  She may use all 17 points ($17 Off) (or a portion of her points) and each dollar/point which will be deducted from her total bill and her point balance.  If she uses a portion of her points, the balance of her points can be used at a later time.  Points Never Expire!!

 

  • No metal crates

Since we groom 1:1, we do not have the need for metal cages.  Dogs of one owner may play in the play pen together, or wait for their appointment in a normal plastic carrier with comfy blankets.  Owners are also welcome to bring toys and treats.

 

  • We take our sweet time.

We allow a full 3 hours for our full-groom service.  We take good care with each step of our grooming process. Whether you are scheduled for a simple Touch Up or a Full Service Groom, we maintain our highest standards.

We are a member of the National Dog Grooming Association of America (N.D.G.A.A) and abide by their national grooming standards, as well as their code of ethics.

I, Brittney Huffman, as a professional Dog Groomer in the pet industry, promise to accept my responsibility when caring for all pets. I shall enhance their beauty through proper grooming skills to help in the creation and style best suited the individual pet and its owner, to continuously educate myself and my patrons in the proper care and welfare of their pets. I will not discriminate against any person, to set an example of will integrity, show affection, understanding, and gentleness to all, and always perform my duties in a humane manner.
